Diploma in Tropical Medicine and International Health

The aim of the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and International Health from the Department of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine is to improve the health for populations in low- and middle-income countries by training international health professionals in international health topics, bedside-teaching, laboratory practice, management and communication as well as research methods. We offer this program to qualified health care professionals with good English knowledge. Due to small and international groups we provide individual support and already practical experience in international settings.

  • Grade: Certificate from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Germany
  • Approach: Research/Professional
  • Language: English
  • Accreditation: Accredited by the Bayerische Landesaerztekammer (BLÄK) as advanced training in Tropical Medicine required for the qualification as doctor in Tropical Medicine
