All applications for the PhD Program Medical Research - International Health at CIHLMU need to be directed through the Online Application Tool. For completion, submission of several downloadable documents is necessary. Please note that only the templates provided here will be accepted. Applications showing any other formats will be excluded. In order to reduce barriers, the documents are not protected. Please note that any changes to the templates or their layouts will lead to non-acceptance and immediate exclusion from the selection process. Before uploading, please convert the documents into PDF files!
Please download the CV Instructions first. They give details on how to produce the CV using the below provided template. This template is based on an initiative of the European Commission, providing a common and reproducible standard form for CVs to be used in the European Union.
Please download the CV Template and have a close look at it first. You will need to copy-paste those sections in the template where multiple entries are needed, e.g. if you had more than one professional position. Think of the number of entries that you need first, copy-paste these section according to your needs, then fill in the sections.

Convert the filled-in documents to a PDF file before uploading them again. Please upload the documents using the indicated upload buttons within the online application tool.
Project Proposal Template
Please download the Project Proposal Template. Replace the title line with your project title, and fill in other information on the title page as indicated. Then complete the different sections as indicated. The completed proposal should in no case exceed 15 pages, using the set font size.
