- What does the scholarship include?
The scholarship will cover the costs for the flight from your home destination to Munich as well as the costs for accommodation in a hostel in shared rooms (nights including breakfast) during the workshop. Other costs (e.g. for visa, lunch/dinner, public transport, per diem etc.) will not be covered by the CIHLMU.
- Who will take care about the bookings?
The flights as well as the accommodation will be booked exclusively by the CIHLMU Office. You will be contacted if you have been selected for a CIHLMU scholarship.
- Who is eligible to apply for the CIHLMU scholarship?
Target group are current CIH PhD candidates in the PhD program Medical Research – International Health as well as CIH Alumni from the PhD program and the Master program International Occupational Safety and Health. Only applicants from low- and middle-income countries are eligible for receiving the scholarship due to the regulations of our funding institution (according to the DAC list).
- What do I need to apply for the scholarship?
Please send us your motivation letter stating clearly why you think you should receive one of the scholarships and would not be able to participate without it. Please point out why and in how far this workshop on Global Public Health is relevant for your currently studies or further development being a CIH Alumni and what you expect to gain from it.
